Request Account Deletion
Evolvix Energy respects your privacy and control over your personal information. You can request the permanent deletion of your account and personal data associated with the Evolvix mobile application and platform.
1. Delete via Mobile App
You can delete your account directly inside the Evolvix mobile app:
- Open the Evolvix Mobile App
- Go to Settings → Account
- Tap Delete Account and confirm
2. Delete via Email Request
If you do not have the app installed, send an email from your registered account address to:
Please include your registered email address and name. Requests are processed within 30 business days.
3. Data Deletion Scope
What is deleted:
Your profile information (name, email, phone), login credentials, vehicle/battery association mappings, and app notification tokens.
What may be retained:
Anonymized battery telemetry and hardware safety records required for warranty or regulatory safety compliance, stripped of all personal identity.
