Platform

How Evolvix works.

Evolvix connects a battery, gives it a verified digital identity, reads its telemetry in real time and turns it into information people can act on — in the app and in the console.

Architecture

Battery. Gateway. Local App or Cloud. Console.

Four connected layers engineered for resilience. The battery measures through its BMS. The ESP32 gateway transmits locally over Bluetooth Low Energy or upstream over cellular/Wi-Fi when in coverage. The Evolve Cloud verifies and logs telemetry, while the companion app and operational console present it clearly.

  1. 01

    Battery

The battery management system measures charge, voltage, current, temperature and every cell.

  2. 02

    Evolvix connectivity

A connected device reads the battery and sends its data securely, identified to that exact battery.

  3. 03

    Evolvix Cloud

The cloud verifies the battery, keeps its history, understands its condition and raises alerts.

  4. 04

    App & console

Owners, fleets and manufacturers see the batteries they are authorized to see — live.

Telemetry & Connectivity

Continuous, local or synchronized.

Readings originate directly from the physical battery management system. Cloud telemetry depends on the device's configured mode and available cellular connectivity; when offline or outside coverage, the customer app connects locally over authenticated Bluetooth to synchronize historical records.

Cell intelligence

See every cell, not just the pack.

Most battery problems start in a single cell. Evolvix tracks each cell's voltage and the spread between them, so imbalance is visible long before it limits range or shortens battery life.

  • Cell voltages. Individual readings for every cell in series.
  • Imbalance detection. The gap between highest and lowest cell, watched continuously.
  • Health trend. Capacity and behavior compared across the battery's life.

Cell imbalance high

Raised automatically and sent to the owner and the fleet. The pack still reads a normal total voltage — only cell-level data shows the problem.

Alerts

Told the moment something changes.

Evolvix evaluates every reading against safe operating limits and raises an alert — in the app, as a notification and in the console.

Alert types raised by Evolvix
AlertWhat it means
State of Charge LowCharge has fallen below the configured minimum.
Temperature HighThe pack is hotter than its safe operating range.
Pack Voltage HighTotal pack voltage is above its upper limit.
Pack Voltage LowTotal pack voltage is below its lower limit.
Charge Current HighThe battery is being charged faster than it should be.
Discharge Current HighThe battery is being drawn on harder than it should be.
Cell Voltage HighAt least one cell is above its safe voltage.
Cell Voltage LowAt least one cell is below its safe voltage.
Cell Imbalance HighThe gap between the highest and lowest cell has grown too wide.
Telemetry StaleThe battery has not reported recently.
Telemetry OfflineThe battery's connection has been lost.

Identity & ownership

Every battery has an identity — and an owner.

Batteries are registered once and keep one record for life. Ownership decides who sees what: an owner sees their batteries, an organization sees its fleet, a manufacturer sees what it built.

  • Registration. Batteries and connectivity devices are registered and paired.
  • Ownership. Batteries are assigned to a person or an organization.
  • Lifecycle. Deployment, service and health stay attached to the battery.
